Our 5m pizza trailers can accommodate a range of wood fired pizza ovens, along with electric, gas and hybrid deck ovens, high temperature stone conveyor ovens and compact refractory stone ovens, subject to the oven’s specifications and trailer layout.

The right oven depends on your menu and how many pizzas you need to serve. How quickly it cooks and how many pizzas it holds at once plays a big part in your earning potential.

We’ll talk you through the options, considering size, weight, power or gas requirements, ventilation and heat clearances. We also assess chassis and floor reinforcement, heat shielding and weight distribution to suit your chosen oven for transport and operation.

Can I supply my own pizza oven and cooking equipment (BYO)?

Yes, absolutely. You can choose a turnkey package where we supply and fit brand-new commercial equipment, or supply your own pizza oven, refrigeration, and deep fryers. Our team will build your custom benches, gas lines, power inlets, and exhaust canopy to match the exact dimensions and utility specifications of your equipment.

Are your pizza food trailers and caravans council-compliant in all Australian states?

Yes. Every Bondi Food Trailer is built in accordance with Food Safety Standards (AS 4674-2004 for commercial food premises)and includes a complete Australian-certified plumbing, gas, and electrical fitout. Each build features a certified 3-bowl sink system with hot water, non-slip commercial flooring with coving, smooth washable wall linings, and AS 1668.2 compliant exhaust ventilation.

What power and gas connections are required to operate a mobile pizza caravan?

Power requirements depend on your cooking equipment. We typically configure our 5m pizza trailers with15A single-phase or 32A 3-phase heavy-duty waterproof inlets, complete with certified circuit breakers and multiple double GPO outlets. For gas pizza ovens, we install certified LPG dual-bottle regulators and gas lines certified by a licensed Australian gas fitter

What vehicle is needed to tow a 5-metre pizza food trailer?

Our 5M pizza trailers are constructed on a heavy-duty, dual-axle galvanised chassis equipped with electric drum brakes, ADR-approved LED lighting, and safety breakaway systems. With typical tare weights starting around 1,400kg to 1,800kg (depending on fitted equipment), they can be towed comfortably by standard Australian dual-cab utes (e.g. Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-Max) or commercial vans rated for 2.5T to 3.5T towing capacity.
